Oral presentations
- Slots for oral presentations are standard 20min; that is 15min presentation
and 5min for discussions. The timing will be enforced
rigorously as the crammed programme does not allow
for delays
- Presentations should be prepared electronically
as powerpoint presentations. Speakers need to hand
in their presentation (CD, memory stick)
the evening before their talk to the registration
desk.
- Please contact the chairperson of your session (check programme)
in the conference room 15 minutes before the start
of your session and hand over the following written
information for introduction: titles and name of speaker,
affiliation and area of specialisation/activity.
Poster
- poster dimensions will be
80cm wide x 120cm high
- posters will be attached to the panel with clips available on site
- good practice to make your poster: pdf-file,
26.8kb
Abstracts & Mini-papers
Speakers as well as presenters of posters are expected to submit an abstract (for oral presentations) or a mini-paper (for posters) on their contribution. These will be reviewed andedited by the Scientific Committee prior to publication in the "Book of Short Communications” as a Special Publication of the European Aquaculture Society. This "Book of Short Communications" will be distributed to all symposium participants at the start of the symposium.
Full- length papers
Full-length papers and workshop reports can be submitted for publication as symposium proceedings in Aquaculture. Authors who wish to submit full-length papers for selection and publication in the symposium proceedings will have to turn in their manuscript at the conference. |
